Refund policy

We have a seven-day return policy, which means you can request a return within seven days of receiving the item.

To qualify for returns, you must not use links to digital products.

Damage and problems
After receiving your order, if the product is defective, damaged, or received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

 


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items, such as perishable goods such as food, flowers, plants, personalized goods (special orders or personalized items), personalized goods (beauty products, etc.), etc., cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, returns of sale items or gift cards are not allowed.

The quickest way to get what you want is to return what you have, and if the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

 


Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. Once approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
